The Unlimited Life Foundation Founder
Elisabeth Carson knows the system from the inside. Here is why this foundation exists.
The Unlimited Life Foundation was founded by Elisabeth Carson, who knows the system from the inside, healed her own life with the tools she now brings to others, and built the network to deliver them at scale.
Our Mission

The Unlimited Life Foundation exists to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of people impacted by trauma, chronic stress, or systemic disadvantage: incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and other underserved populations. We expand access to trauma-informed brain and nervous system healing, neuro-wellness technology, and mind-body education that address the root causes of suffering.
Our first fight is prison reform in its most concrete form: people who learn to settle their own minds and bodies while inside, carry that skill home, and stay home. That is how recidivism actually falls, one regulated nervous system at a time. And because trauma does not check your uniform at the door, the same healing extends to everyone whose life or work keeps them in survival mode. We promise honest work toward these goals, measured and reported truthfully, never guaranteed outcomes.
The Unlimited Life Foundation
We deliver it three ways, starting in prisons and jails
We bring the healing practices in
Meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation training, taught by qualified providers and drawn from the holistic work Elisabeth used to heal her own life, adapted to the realities of a facility: schedules, security rules, skeptical rooms. Simple, secular, practical. The goal is a skill people keep: a way to settle the mind and body that works in a cell, a yard, or a break room, with no equipment required, and that goes home with them on release day. For people coming home, we support the reentry period itself, when the skill matters most and the pressure is highest.
Everything we deliver is education and training, not medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.
Elisabeth speaks inside prisons
Elisabeth Carson visits facilities to speak with the people who live and work there: plain talk about what stress and the system do to a person, comfort from someone who has been through it, and practical ways to reach a peaceful state before the next action. This work is happening now, and it is the heart of the foundation.

We connect the builders with the buildings
Companies are building remarkable tools for stress relief and recovery: biofeedback, guided rest, and related technologies that help a body under pressure come back down. Prisons, jails, and other high-stress institutions need exactly that, and rarely know where to start. We make the introductions, help both sides find the fit, and stay involved through the follow-through.
The foundation earns nothing from any introduction. No affiliate or commission revenue, ever. Any vendor with a personal connection to our founder participates on a donated or at-cost basis with public disclosure, or not at all.
The program we are building
Calm Under Fire is the foundation's structured training program, now in development. It will teach everything this page describes: what chronic stress does to a mind and body in plain language, the holistic practices that reverse it, and the technology that lets even the most skeptical person feel the shift, along with the tools each participant needs to reach a peaceful state and keep it. We will share more as the program takes shape, and we will measure it honestly when it runs.
Where this leads
Calmer people make better decisions, and better decisions change institutions. A person who leaves custody with a settled nervous system and the skills to keep it has a real chance of never coming back. That is the prison reform we work toward: fewer returns, safer facilities, and the same healing extended to veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and every underserved population carrying trauma it never chose. We measure what we can, tell the truth about results, and let the work speak.
Whichever side of the wall or the uniform you are on, we want to hear from you.
Prison Reform
Prison reform begins inside the person.
Our prisons are full of people who have never been given a single real tool for the stress, trauma, and pain they carry. The Unlimited Life Foundation brings holistic healing, stress-relief technology, and practical ways to reach a peaceful state into prisons and jails, so people can come home calmer and clearer than they went in, and fewer come back.
The problem, plainly
A prison is the most stressful place we have built. People arrive carrying trauma and live for years in constant alert, in an environment designed for control, not for healing. The officers who work there absorb the same pressure shift after shift. Nobody on either side of the bars is handed tools that actually settle a human mind and body.
Then most people in custody come home. When they come home carrying everything they went in with, plus everything the years inside added, the odds pull them right back. That is the cycle behind recidivism, and no policy memo has ever broken it, because the cycle lives inside the person.

The Solution
Stress can be healed. Elisabeth Carson has spent her life proving it: more than 100 holistic modalities practiced on herself to come back to peace, clarity, and healing after the system nearly took her apart. She knows what works, she knows how to implement it, and she knows the people building the best stress-relief technology in the world.
The foundation brings all of it inside: technology that helps a body under pressure come down in minutes, practices like meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement that become skills people keep, and Elisabeth herself, speaking inside facilities now.
Prisons first. Every high-stress place next.
The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. ~ Henry David Thoreau
The Unlimited Life Foundation is here for anyone and everyone suffering. Statistics show that the professions that cause the most mental stress and PTSD are Military Service Members / Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, Paramedics, EMTs, Firefighters, Healthcare Workers, , War Correspondents and Photojournalists. Please know that you're not alone.
We start where the need is deepest: prisons and jails, the people who live there and the people who work there. But the same wound wears many uniforms. Veterans who brought the war home. First responders who absorb everyone's worst day. Nurses and healthcare workers who have held too much for too long. Trauma and chronic stress do the same thing to every human nervous system, and the healing that works in a cell block works in a firehouse, a hospital, and a living room. Prison reform is our first fight. Every person society asks to absorb the unabsorbable is our mission.
