The Unlimited Life Foundation, Inc. ("the Foundation," "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect. When you use our contact form or join our email list, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, organization, and your message. When you donate, our payment processor collects your payment information; we receive your name, contact details, and gift amount, and we never receive or store full card numbers. Like most websites, our hosting platform (Wix) collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including through cookies.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiries, send updates you signed up for, process and acknowledge donations, meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements, and understand how the site is used. That is all.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share our lists with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers. We use reputable third parties to operate: Wix for website hosting, forms, and email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing once donations open. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy obligations.
Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is immediate and honored permanently.
Data retention. We keep contact and subscriber data while it is needed for the purpose you gave it. Donation records are retained as required by law.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@unlimitedlifefoundation.org. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes. If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
