Meet Elisabeth Carson
Unlimited Life Foundation's Founder & President
Elisabeth Carson knows the system from the inside. She spent years trapped in it herself, and she has watched people she loves get torn apart by it. She knows what it does to a person: the stress that never shuts off, the way it follows you long after the paperwork ends, the way it reaches everyone standing near you.
She also knows the way back, because she walked it. Elisabeth practiced more than 100 holistic modalities to bring herself out of that place and back to peace, clarity, and healing. She rebuilt her mind and body with this work, and matching the right practice to the right person became her life's work. What she brings to a facility is not theory. It is a tested map out of stress, drawn by someone who needed one.
Professionally, Elisabeth has spent her career at the intersection of operations and human transformation. She served as president of a mental health facility, and as an operating executive she helped scale a global media brand's audience from 3 million to over 11 million people.
She holds a HarvardX certification in cell biology, and her work centers on stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and recovery from trauma.
Today she speaks inside prisons, bringing comfort, inspiration, and practical ways to reach a peaceful state to the people society is quickest to forget, and she connects the builders of healing technology with the institutions that need them most.

She knows the companies building stress-relief and recovery technology, and she knows what it takes to bring programs into institutions with rules, shifts, and real constraints. The foundation's job is the introduction, the fit, and the follow-through: matching the right tool or teacher with the right facility, and staying involved so it actually works.

We never earn affiliate or commission revenue on any technology or product we connect with an institution. Any vendor with a personal relationship to our founder participates on a donated or at-cost basis with public disclosure, or not at all.

Everything we bring in is education and training, not medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.
